Anodiczing

This electrochemical process forms a dense oxide layer on metal surfaces, enhancing product hardness and corrosion resistance. Typical film thickness is ≤25µm for aesthetic components, while high-wear applications (e.g., aerospace parts) can achieve up to 125µm. Commonly used for consumer electronics housings, automotive components, and precision instrument panels.
Bead Blasting

This electrochemical process forms a dense oxide layer on metal surfaces, enhancing product hardness and corrosion resistance. Typical film thickness is ≤25µm for aesthetic components, while high-wear applications (e.g., aerospace parts) can achieve up to 125µm. Powder Coating

Electrostatically applied dry powder undergoes thermal curing to form a thick protective film with excellent impact resistance, corrosion protection, and diverse color options. Note: Coating thickness may affect tight tolerances and is unsuitable for small internal cavities. Widely used for automotive parts, industrial equipment housings, and household appliances.
Electroplating

Metal layers (e.g., chrome, nickel, zinc) are deposited through electrolysis. Zinc plating provides cost-effective rust prevention for steel components, while chrome plating enhances surface finish, hardness, and corrosion resistance. Predominantly applied to fasteners, bathroom hardware, and similar components.
Passivation

Acid treatment (nitric/citric acid) removes surface iron contaminants from stainless steel, forming a chromium/nickel passive film. This enhances corrosion resistance without increasing part dimensions. Essential for surgical instruments, food processing machinery, and aerospace components.
Magnetic Abrasive Finishing

A rotating magnetic field drives magnetic abrasives (e.g., neodymium iron boron + silicon carbide) to create a "flexible grinding wheel," enabling dead-angle-free polishing – particularly effective for complex internal cavities and microstructures. Combined with AI path optimization, achieves nanoscale precision (Ra ≤ 0.05 µm). Critical for surgical tools, semiconductor equipment, and aero-engine blades.
Laser Engraving

High-energy laser beams (CO₂/fiber) induce localized material melting/vaporization to create permanent markings or microstructures. Delivers exceptional precision for intricate patterns on brittle materials. Primarily used for Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) engraving and PCB markings.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

NO! – No minimum quantity! We provides rapid prototypes and short to medium-run production machining services.
What general tolerances can you achieve?

General CNC Machining Tolerances on metal to +/- 0.005" (+/- 0.127 mm) following ISO 2768 unless otherwise specified. CNC Plastics and composites will be +/- 0.010”(+/- 0.254 mm).
What type of design files do you accept for quoting?

For the 3D drawing, we would prefer STEP, IGES, or X_T format. For the 2D drawing, we would prefer PDF format there are tolerances with the dimensions if possible.
What shall we do if we don't have drawings?

Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy and provide you better solutions. lf send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length,Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you.
What precision tolerances can you achieve?
